Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Specialist to join our team on-site in Ibadan. The HR Specialist will oversee daily HR activities, including implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, handling personnel management, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. The role also involves conducting recruitment processes, coordinating training programs, and ensuring the workforce is motivated and well-supported.

Qualifications

• Possess comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Experience in HR Management and implementation of HR Policies
• Skills in managing Employee Benefits and personnel-related concerns
• Strong Personnel Management skills for effective team support and development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the healthcare or educational sector is a plus
