The HR Staff member supports the Human Resources department in managing recruitment, employee relations, staff welfare, and compliance with labour laws. This role ensures a positive work environment and helps build a motivated, professional team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and attendance documentation.
- Support payroll preparation and ensure timely salary and benefits processing.
- Address employee grievances, conduct disciplinary actions, and foster a positive work environment.
- Coordinate staff training and development programs to enhance skills and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Organise performance appraisals and support departmental heads in talent management.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and staff welfare programs to boost morale and retention.

Pay: ₦60,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
