We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-centric Human Resource Executive to join partner company. This role will be responsible for supporting and executing HR strategies, overseeing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a strong, performance-driven culture. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people and processes and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new staff.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company procedures.

Manage employee welfare, payroll coordination, and leave administration.

Support performance appraisal systems and employee development plans.

Handle employee relations issues professionally and confidentially.

Organize training programs, team bonding, and engagement initiatives.

Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries from staff and management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field.

2–4 years of HR experience in a dynamic or tech-driven company.

Solid knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management tools/systems.
Must be detailed and pays attention to detail.
