Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and daily reminders
- Handle internal office documentation and correspondence
- Maintain staff records, attendance sheets, and HR forms
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
- Attend to walk-in clients and respond to messages/calls professionally
- Act as liaison between the CEO and team members or external stakeholders
- Ensure timely follow-up on tasks, meetings, and emails Keep confidential information secure and organized
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, HR Admin, or Office Manager
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
- Tech-savvy and able to manage WhatsApp Business & basic CRM tools
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under minimal supervision
- Bachelor's Degree (or relevant diploma) preferred
