Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Implement HR policies, systems, and compliance frameworks.
- Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and deliver training programs that enhance employee growth and productivity.
- Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, and accurate HR record-keeping.
- Serve as advisor to management on workforce planning and HR strategies. Foster a positive, accountable, and inclusive workplace culture.
Requirements:
- 4 years of working experience in the HR department
