Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic HR Manager to join our clients team in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive HR initiatives that support business growth and foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes to attract top industry talent.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws.
- Ensure proper onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance workforce productivity.
- Lead performance management and appraisal processes to drive employee engagement.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination in line with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and best HR practices.
- Foster a positive work culture, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
- Oversee HR data management, reporting, and workforce analytics for strategic decision-making. Collaborate with leadership to develop HR initiatives that enhance business operations.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of HR experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
