Job Summary:
- Recruitment & onboarding of staff.
- Manage employee relations, performance, and development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
- Handle payroll, benefits, and HR records.
- Support training programs and maintain company culture.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations.
- Manage scheduling, travel, and meetings.
- Maintain office supplies, documents, and vendor relations.
- Assist with facility management and basic finance/admin tasks.
- Support HR in onboarding and employee logistics.
Qualification:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certifications like CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI are a plus).
- Experience: 2+ years in HR roles, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
