Your responsibilities…
- You will develop systems for accurate forecasting of operational needs, including inventory and resource allocation.
- You will ensure facilities and retail spaces are fully operational, compliant, and well-maintained.
- You will manage vendor relationships, ensuring quality and adherence to SLAs, and lead cost-effective procurement processes.
- You will oversee fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are maintained, insured, and dispatched efficiently.
- You will analyze data to monitor efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and prepare performance reports for management.
- You will lead and develop the administrative team, fostering a collaborative and solution-oriented culture.
To be considered, you should have…
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in administrative or operations management in retail or manufacturing.
- Expertise in strategic planning, logistics coordination, and vendor management.
