Our client, a reputable organization located in Ikoyi, Lagos, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Secretary to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and supporting overall office efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and clerical support to management and staff
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other business events
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents
- Maintain filing systems and ensure that records are accurate and up to date
- Handle incoming mail and other material; distribute as necessary
- Respond to inquiries and provide general information to clients and visitors
- Monitor and manage office supplies and reordering when necessary Ensure the office environment is neat, professional, and well-organized

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
