We are looking for motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Entry-Level House Cleaners. No prior experience is required just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and attention to detail. You will be responsible for performing basic cleaning duties to keep homes clean, organized, and hygienic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all rooms
- Dust surfaces, furniture, and shelves
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers
- Wipe down kitchen counters, cabinets, and appliances
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Make beds and tidy up rooms
- Follow instructions provided by clients or supervisors
- Handle cleaning tools and products safely
- Report any maintenance or repair needs
Requirements:
- No prior cleaning experience required (training will be provided)
- Must be physically fit and able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully
- Trustworthy, respectful, and responsible
- Good time management and reliability
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Working Conditions:
- Pay is based on each job (you are paid immediately after completing a cleaning job)
- Work schedule depends on job availability (not a monthly salary)
- Must be available to work on short notice when needed
