Job Summary
We are looking for a well-presented and customer-oriented Hotel Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will handle front desk responsibilities such as check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere at all times. Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries or requests promptly.
- Maintain guest records and manage reservations through the hotel’s booking system.
- Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are tidy and presentable.
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Address guest complaints or concerns courteously and escalate when necessary.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Follow security and safety protocols at all times.
Requirements:
- ND / High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage (not mandatory).
- Good interpersonal skills and a service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A friendly, polite, and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management systems is an added advantage.
