Responsibilities:

• Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, etc.).
• Administer medications as prescribed and manage pain relief.
• Assist with physical therapy, mobility, and rehabilitation exercises.
• Support feeding, meal planning, and nutrition management.
• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and oral hygiene.
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the patient’s living space.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life.
• Report any changes in the patient’s condition to healthcare providers or family.
• Collaborate with family members and medical professionals on care plans.
Maintain accurate care records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a caregiver, nurse assistant, or similar healthcare role.
• Relevant certification (e.g., caregiver training, nursing assistant certification).
• Knowledge of basic medical procedures and health monitoring.
• Ability to manage mobility support and physical lifting if required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly within a home setting.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work shifts or weekends as needed.
• Must be physically fit and emotionally resilient.
