Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all bank operations across branches.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal control policies.
- Oversee loan processing, account management, and customer service.
- Coordinate interdepartmental workflows and technology systems.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity.
- Supervise operational audits and risk mitigation procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience in banking, with at least 3 years in a senior operations role.
- Strong knowledge of microfinance operations and CBN regulations.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
