ROLE OVERVIEW
Isaacs Consolidate is seeking a passionate and strategic Volunteer Head of Marketing & Brand Strategy to lead our merged marketing team. This individual will oversee brand visibility, campaign execution, and digital engagement across our three subsidiaries: Sniper Entry , Inscribe Fables , and TechSphere Innovations .
You’ll be instrumental in aligning marketing efforts across departments, building consistent brand narratives, and driving engagement across multiple platforms. While this is a volunteer role, it offers the opportunity to lead a team, build impactful campaigns, and contribute to a fast-growing organization making waves in forex education, digital content, and IT innovation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and oversee integrated marketing strategies for the company and all subsidiaries.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of volunteer marketers, graphic designers, content creators, and social media assistants.
- Campaign Development: Conceptualize, plan, and execute creative campaigns that drive visibility, sales, and engagement.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistency of voice, style, and messaging across all digital and offline channels.
- Performance Tracking: Set KPIs, monitor metrics, and present performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure marketing supports their goals.
- Community Engagement: Oversee email newsletters, webinars, events, and social media engagement strategies.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Interest in IT systems and operations.
- Proven experience in marketing, branding, or communications.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Familiar with social media management, digital advertising, or SEO tools.
- A creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into action. Passionate about volunteering and making meaningful impact.
