About the Role

DriveMe Mobility is building the future of fleet management in Nigeria — integrating driver capacity building, vehicle lifecycle solutions, financing, and technology.

We are seeking a Head of Fleet Strategy & Innovation , a highly experienced professional who will play a key role in shaping and scaling our next phase of growth. This role goes beyond operations — it requires someone who can think strategically, innovate boldly, and execute effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of innovative fleet management models.
• Develop and manage partnerships with OEMs, financiers, insurers, and technology providers.
• Oversee operations across vehicle acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and compliance.
• Drive adoption of telematics and data-driven decision-making.
• Build scalable systems that enhance safety, efficiency, and profitability.
Act as a thought partner to the CEO in shaping long-term strategy.

Who We’re Looking For

• 8–10+ years’ experience in fleet management, mobility, automotive, or logistics.
• Strong strategic and operational leadership experience.
• Proven ability to scale business units, launch new products, or drive innovation.
• An entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with building from the ground up.
• Strong industry networks and the ability to forge strategic partnerships.
A passion for creating impact in Africa’s mobility ecosystem.
