Role Description
The Head of Compliance at CardinalStone will oversee and manage compliance programs, ensuring the firm adheres to regulatory, legal, and internal policy requirements. This full-time role involves developing and implementing compliance policies, conducting audits, and ensuring the firm complies with Nigerian and international regulations. The role also includes managing relationships with regulatory bodies and providing training to staff on compliance matters. This is an on-site role, located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
Qualifications
- Compliance Management and Legal Compliance skills
- Regulatory Compliance and knowledge of Regulations
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage Ability to work independently and as part of a team
