Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage monthly budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Financial Analysis: Evaluate data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for growth.
- Audit & Risk Management: Supervise audits and implement strategies to safeguard assets.
- Financial Operations: Oversee cash flow, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and banking relationships.
Tax Strategy & Compliance: Ensure compliance with corporate tax, VAT, and other obligations while optimizing efficiency.
Requirements:
- 8–10 years of experience in a fast-paced organization
- Proven track record in Treasury Management, FP&A, and reconciliation
- Strong knowledge of tax laws, compliance, and financial reporting
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Professional certifications (ACA, ACCA, CFA) are a strong advantage
