Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Head, Logistics Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in Surulere. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in logistics and transportation sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts
Lead the logistics sales team and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
Identify new business opportunities and oversee contract negotiations
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches
Provide regular performance reports to management
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in logistics or transportation sales
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Goal-oriented with a strategic mindset
Familiarity with the Lagos market, especially Surulere and environs
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
Experience in B2B logistics or fleet services is a strong advantage
