Job Title: Head, HR (HR Generalist)

An established HR Consulting firm in Lekki is seeking to hire a strategic and hands-on Head of HR (Generalist) to oversee and optimise all core HR functions. The ideal candidate must demonstrate career stability , possess a broad background in general HR, and thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments .

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Lead and manage core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation & benefits, and compliance.
• Design and implement HR strategies aligned with client and internal business goals.
• Support multiple client organisations with HR advisory, compliance, and policy development.
• Provide expert HR guidance to senior stakeholders across various industries.
• Must have experience in fast-paced and performance-driven environments .
• Strong track record of career stability – candidates with frequent job changes will not be considered.
• Proven ability to build HR systems, processes, and culture from the ground up.
• In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is required.
