We are recruiting on behalf of a client in the Mortgage Banking business with location in Ogun State

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Internal Audit. The Head of Internal Audit will be responsible for leading the internal audit function and ensuring that the organization complies with financial and regulatory requirements. Key tasks include developing and executing audit plans, performing risk assessments, monitoring internal controls, providing recommendations for improvement, and reporting audit findings to senior management. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to enhance overall internal control systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills
• Proficiency in Financial Risk Management and Finance
• In-depth knowledge of Internal Controls and Accounting
• Ability to develop and execute audit plans
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in audit and compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or related
