Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Growth Specialist at transweeft. The Growth Specialist will be responsible for implementing growth hacking strategies, sales initiatives, project management, and utilizing analytical skills to drive business growth. The role is based in Lekki but allows for some work from home.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Project Management abilities
• Strong Communication skills
• Growth Hacking and Sales experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the transportation or technology industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• You’re obsessed with user growth and have ideas already
• You can talk to drivers, riders, and get people excited
• You know Lagos, uni campuses, markets, transport habits
• You understand marketing, referrals, and conversion basics
