Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Growth Digital Marketing Manager at Tech Workstation. The role is primarily located in Lekki but allows for some remote work. The Growth Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing social media marketing, lead generation, marketing initiatives, web analytics, and digital marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (paid search, paid social, SEO, email, affiliates, partnerships, etc.) to drive growth KPIs.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Manage conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to improve funnel performance.
- Conduct A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and produce regular reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Research new channels, tools, and tactics to continuously improve acquisition efficiency.
- Own the marketing automation strategy to nurture leads and re-engage customers. Manage budgets effectively to maximize marketing ROI.
