Summary
Our client, a Nigeria-based financial advisory firm specializing in cash flow optimization services, is seeking a dynamic and highly experienced individual to join their team as a Growth and Customer Experience Associate.
Work Days: Mondays - Fridays
Availability to Start: As soon as possible
Location: Lekki Phase 1
Salary: #200,000 - #280,000
Key Responsibilities
- Follow Loan and deposit processing workflow from start to finish within the allotted turnaround time
- Manage and collect clients’ information for documentation purposes.
- Analyze client needs to achieve maximum satisfaction.
- Maintain client relations through constant engagement.
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
- Brief and explain the products and services the company offers to walk-in clients.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms, and applications.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
- Handle complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with clients
- Oversee the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
- Use various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software to manage work processes and deliver presentations to clients.
- Maintain a filing system for easy retrieval of corporate records, documents, and report
- Conduct research and analyse data to prepare documents for review, meetings and presentation by Team Lead
- Ensure adherence to the following requirements
- Management Policy.
- Standard including work – papers, file set up, letters, etc.
- Loyalty to the Company’s Vision.
Qualifications
- Bsc in Business Administration, Marketing or related field with a minimum of Second Class Upper
- Fresh Graduates looking to enroll for NYSC in 2025
- Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 or ability to reliably commute is mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦280,000.00 per month
