Kiksgrill is a premium neighborhood grocery and food store in Lekki, offering fresh meats, seafood, produce, and ready-to-eat meals. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Griller to join our kitchen team and deliver delicious, high-quality meals that our customers will love.
Key Responsibilities
- Grill and prepare meats, poultry, seafood, and vegetables to perfection.
- Season, marinate, and portion items in line with recipes and standards.
- Monitor and adjust grill temperature to ensure food consistency and quality.
- Ensure all grilled items are well-cooked, flavorful, and presented neatly.
- Maintain a clean and organized grill station at all times.
- Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely order delivery.
- Track ingredient usage and inform the supervisor of low stock.
- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies when needed.
- Uphold Kikspro’s reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a griller, cook, or in a similar role (experience with meat grilling is an advantage).
- Knowledge of grilling techniques, seasonings, and food safety practices.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality food.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Must live around Orchid Road, Lekki, or nearby areas.
