Our client is looking to hire a Senior Graphic Designer who is not only creatively exceptional but also capable of owning and leading design projects from concept to execution. This role is ideal for a designer with solid leadership traits, attention to detail, and strong aesthetic judgment across both print and digital media.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead creative projects end-to-end across branding, print, digital, packaging, and social media
- Develop and evolve brand identity assets including logos, visual systems, and brand guidelines
- Design compelling visuals for product launches, marketing campaigns, digital platforms, pitch decks, and physical displays
- Translate abstract or strategic concepts into clean, powerful visual narratives
- Maintain visual consistency across all brand communications
- Mentor junior designers when needed, providing constructive feedback and creative direction
- Manage multiple deadlines, priorities, and timelines with minimal supervision
Requirements
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (After Effects is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of typography, layout, and composition
- Experience in brand development and storytelling
- Ability to create assets across print and digital formats (social media, web, packaging, signage, etc.)
- Proven ability to own creative projects from brief to final delivery
- Experience mentoring or leading junior creatives is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A portfolio that demonstrates all of the above is mandatory
