Job Description

• R-Pro Group is looking for a superstar Graphics Designer to join our growing team.
• You'll be a key player in our client-facing projects, crafting graphics, content, and branding strategies that captivate audiences and contribute to our overall marketing and sales efforts.

Responsibilities

• Design stunning graphics, social media content, and marketing materials using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI design tools
• Develop and implement comprehensive branding and marketing strategies that align with client goals and revenue generation
• Participate in all client-sourced branding projects, exceeding expectations and identifying potential upsell or referral opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to brainstorm concepts that resonate with target audiences
• Deliver high-quality work on time and within budget
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching and advising on trendy, creative, and scalable processes in the design industry that can benefit the R-Pro Group brand

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, branding, and marketing skills
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with AI design tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A keen eye for detail, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to translate brand guidelines into exceptional creative experiences
• A drive to meet and exceed client expectations, delivering projects on time and understanding how design can contribute to marketing and sales success.

Pay
From N80,000.00 per month.
