Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage day-to-day operations across all Pella Group brands and locations

✅ Provide strategic support and executive relief for the Managing Director

✅ Ensure efficient, structured, and profitable operations across departments

✅ Lead and implement business strategies that drive growth and sustainability

✅ Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and risk management

✅ Coordinate with department heads to align goals and boost performance

✅ Identify new business opportunities and market expansion areas

✅ Lead and manage cross-functional teams across multiple business units

✅ Represent the Group in executive meetings and high-level stakeholder engagements

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of verifiable corporate experience

Accounting background (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent preferred)

Strong understanding of the real estate industry

Proven experience managing multi-brand operations and teams

Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills

Strong financial acumen and business growth mindset

Exceptional organizational and communication skills

Added Advantage:

• Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP)

• Proven experience leading or managing large-scale projects across departments
