Job Overview
We are seeking a General Manager to oversee all staff, budgets, and operations of our Accra-based business unit. The ideal candidate will be a strategist and leader able to steer the company to profitability while implementing its vision, mission, and long-term goals. This role will manage logistics, inventory, order management, and overall operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company goals.
- Provide strategic advice to the Board and CEO on market and company direction.
- Prepare and implement cost-effective operational and market development plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with shareholders, business partners, and authorities.
- Oversee financial performance, investments, and business ventures.
- Supervise executives and motivate teams for optimal performance.
- Review departmental reports to reward achievements, address issues, and resolve problems.
- Represent the company as a public speaker and PR representative.
- Analyze challenges and implement solutions to ensure business growth and sustainability.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong track record in operations management.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in standard business software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Pay: ₦4,620,000.00 - ₦6,140,000.00 per month
