About the Role
We’re hiring a Fundraising & Investment Readiness Associate to support our fundraising journey. You’ll work directly with the founder to craft compelling investor materials, find and reach out to the right investors, and manage our fundraising pipeline.
This is a remote, part-time role — ideal for someone with strong writing and research skills who wants to grow with a startup on the rise.
What You’ll Do
- Draft and refine a top-tier pitch deck, business plan, and investment summary
- Research relevant investors, accelerators, and funding opportunities
- Create and manage investor outreach lists (emails, LinkedIn, directories)
- Send and follow up on cold outreach to investors
- Track outreach progress using simple tools like Notion or Airtable
- Assist in preparing for investor meetings and applications
- Provide regular progress updates and reports
You’re a Fit If You:
- Have strong written communication skills and can explain ideas clearly
- Are detail-oriented and love research
- Have created or worked on business plans, proposals, or pitch decks
- Are proactive, organized, and reliable with your time
- Know a bit about startups, investments, or the tech ecosystem (bonus)
- Have good command of English and can communicate with confidence
