Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Developer with proven expertise in both product management and team leadership. This individual will be instrumental in architecting, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications while driving product vision and leading multidisciplinary teams. The position requires a blend of hands-on technical ability and strategic oversight, offering the opportunity to guide products from ideation through to launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable front-end and back-end application components.
• Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code using contemporary frameworks and tools.
• Uphold development standards through rigorous code reviews and test automation.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to shape product requirements, define roadmaps, and set performance metrics.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable technical deliverables.
• Lead product discovery processes, analyze user feedback, and implement iterative enhancements.
• Provide mentorship and direction to developers and junior engineers.
• Coordinate agile workflows, including sprint planning, task distribution, and progress monitoring.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement within the development team.
• Design and document system architecture and integration strategies.
• Manage CI/CD workflows and deployment pipelines to ensure stability and efficiency.
Track system performance metrics and optimize for scalability and reliability.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in full-stack development.
• At least 1 year of experience in product management and/or technical team leadership.
• Proficiency in modern front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Java).
• Strong grasp of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with familiarity using project management platforms like Jira, Asana, Notion, or Trello.
A track record of successfully managing end-to-end product development cycles and leading high-performing teams.
