Job Position: Front Desk Receptionist

Job Description
- ??????We are currently looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who will be the face and voice of the clinic — welcoming patients, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front office.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Handle inbound phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails efficiently
- Register new patients and update existing records accurately
- Process payments and issue receipts
- Provide information on services, pricing, and treatment plans
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, calm, and organized
- Coordinate with dental assistants and doctors to manage patient flow
- Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and minor complaints with courtesy and care
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any relevant field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role (healthcare experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy — comfortable using scheduling software, Microsoft suite, WhatsApp Business, etc.
- Organized, proactive, and able to multitask under pressure
- Polite, professional, and patient-friendly demeanor
- Flexible and available to work weekends if required
- Must reside around Chevron/Ajah Axis for easy commute to work.
