We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our establishment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations.
This role is perfect for someone who is warm, detail-oriented, and can handle administrative tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, guests, and visitors with a positive and professional attitude
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries
- Manage appointment schedules and coordinate client bookings
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
- Handle basic administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records
- Coordinate communication between departments as needed
- Ensure all guests feel attended to and valued from arrival to departure
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE/OND; additional qualifications are a plus
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer use
- Well-organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
