The Food & Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations and food-related services across Skyview resort. This role ensures that food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard in all outlets, including the main restaurant, room service, and event catering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily kitchen activities and coordinate meal preparation and service across all food outlets.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and hygiene meet established standards and guest expectations.
- Monitor kitchen staff performance, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to manage kitchen supplies and reduce waste.
- Work with the Executive Chef on menu planning, food cost control, and seasonal offerings.
- Conduct routine checks on food storage, preparation areas, and equipment for compliance with sanitary and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to improve skills, efficiency, and teamwork.
- Ensure prompt resolution of kitchen-related issues and customer complaints.

Pay: ₦70,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
