The F&B Manager II will oversee the daily operations and strategic management of multiple F&B outlets, including banquet services, resort events, room service, and main restaurant operations. This role ensures excellence in service delivery, food presentation, and guest satisfaction while achieving financial targets, operational efficiency, and team development.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate day-to-day operations of the restaurant, in-room dining, and banquet/event services.
- Ensure seamless service execution during conferences, weddings, corporate functions, and high-volume periods.
- Oversee and improve SOPs for food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service protocols.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct regular floor inspections and service audits to ensure excellence across touchpoints.
- Hire, schedule, mentor, and appraise a team of supervisors and front line kitchen staff.
- Facilitate ongoing training on hospitality standards, service etiquette, and safety protocols.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the Events & Sales teams to design F&B packages, menus, and logistics for events.
- Manage pre-event briefings, floor plans, staff assignments, and execution of large-scale events.
- Monitor departmental budgets, labor costs, food/beverage cost control, and revenue targets.
- Ensure accurate billing, inventory management, and cost control practices. Supervise cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance across all service areas.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing multiple outlets or banquet/event services.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, banquet logistics, and room service standards.
- Demonstrated experience managing teams of 20+ staff across various shifts and service points.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in F&B POS systems, MS Office Suite, and inventory tools. Strong command of English (written & spoken); additional languages a plus.
Preferred Qualification
- Experience in a luxury hotel/resort environment or high-volume event space. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
