Food and Beverage Manager – Job Description Summary:

A Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations related to food and beverage services in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality establishment. The role involves managing staff, ensuring high service standards, controlling costs, and enhancing guest satisfaction through quality dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, room service, and events.
• Plan menus in collaboration with chefs and ensure food quality and presentation.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
• Hire, train, and schedule F&B staff to ensure efficient service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze sales to drive profitability.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in food and beverage management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of F&B trends, inventory systems, and cost control.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple outlets or functions.
