Job Description/Requirements
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Fleet/Logistics Officer to oversee day-to-day transportation and logistics operations in Onitsha, Anambra State. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to ensuring the smooth movement of people, goods, and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor all fleet and logistics activities to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Ensure documentation of all company vehicles and drivers.
- Schedule and dispatch vehicles and drivers for timely deliveries and pickups
- Track and monitor vehicle movement using GPS or fleet management tools
- Manage fuel usage, trip records, and driver performance
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for seamless logistics operations

Qualifications And Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a fleet or logistics role is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of route planning, vehicle tracking systems, and transportation regulations
- Knowledge of relevant transport regulations and compliance standards Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
