Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Officer located in Lagos. The Field Officer will be responsible for implementing and overseeing field operations, including data collection, community engagement, and project monitoring. Daily tasks include liaising with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with operational protocols, and providing regular updates to the project management team. The Field Officer will also play a key role in troubleshooting field issues and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

• Experience in field operations and project management
• Strong data collection and analysis skills
• Excellent communication and community engagement abilities
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in the media, marketing and Real estate industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
