The Facility Operations Manager is responsible for driving both operational excellence and business growth. This role combines strategic leadership, project management, and client engagement to ensure the successful delivery of facility services and development of new business opportunities. The position requires strong technical knowledge, project delivery experience, and customer relationship management.

Education/Professional Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in Facility Management, Project Management (PMP), or HSE are added advantages.
- 8 years progressive experience and at least 2 years in supervisory roles.
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-site FM projects and leading teams.
- Experience using CMMS/CAFM systems understanding of MEP systems.
Skill Requirements
- Strong business acumen and client relationship management skills.
- Proficient in strategic planning, service delivery, and operational execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Advanced understanding of maintenance management systems and FM best practices.
- Strong documentation and project tracking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools.
