TBTB Concept & Prime Green Projects and Innovations is seeking Experienced and Qualified Sales Reps to join our ambitious team and play a key leadership role in shaping large-scale development projects across Abuja and beyond.
This is not just a sales position, it's a leadership role.
As a Sales Rep , you’ll lead a team of marketers, assist in talent development, and collaborate with other departments to drive performance and business growth.
This full-time role demands strategic thinking, teamwork, and commitment to delivering tangible results across multiple project verticals.
Please note: Freelancers are welcome to apply. However, this role is commission-based only, with no basic salary or long-term commitment to the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of marketers (field and digital)- Assist in the hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of marketing staff
Develop and execute result-driven marketing strategies
Collaborate with operations, sales, and project teams to align objectives
Monitor team KPIs and ensure consistent performance and improvement
Organize and participate in activations, site visits, and field campaigns
Contribute to strategic planning and client engagement sessions
- Must be able to drive and coordinate field activities across multiple locations

Proven experience in leading a marketing or sales team (real estate preferred)Strong leadership and communication skills
