We’re not sugarcoating it — this is not your average Executive Assistant role.
We are searching for a high-performing, high-stamina, ruthlessly efficient Executive Assistant to support our Group Managing Director (GMD) — a powerhouse leader with a relentless schedule, heavy demands, and no room for excuses.
This role is for someone who understands that supporting a top executive means making their life easier in every possible way — from managing back-to-back meetings, handling confidential communications, and coordinating international travel, to buying last-minute gifts, overseeing personal errands, managing household staff, and even fixing the wifi if that’s what it takes.
What You’ll Be Doing (aka Your Daily Workout)
Executive & Administrative Support
Manage the GMD’s complex and ever-shifting calendar — business and personal.
Prepare daily briefs, talking points, meeting notes, and follow-ups.
Attend high-level meetings when required and keep track of action points.
Draft, edit, and send out top-quality emails, memos, and reports.
Handle confidential and sensitive materials with utmost discretion.
Travel & Logistics
Book international and domestic flights, hotels, airport transfers — often at short notice.
Prepare detailed travel itineraries and handle all logistics, including visa applications, currency exchanges, and “plan Bs.”
Personal Errands & Lifestyle Management
Run errands ranging from coordinating home staff to picking up dry cleaning or delivering gifts.
Handle birthday planning, hairdresser appointments, medical check-ups, family requests — the works.
Support the GMD on weekends and after-hours where required. This is not a 9–5 role.
Operations & People Coordination
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the GMD.
Coordinate with drivers, security, house managers, and service providers to ensure smooth personal and professional functioning.
Ensure the GMD is always one step ahead — anticipating needs before they arise.
