This hybrid role combines executive support, office administration, and social media marketing; ideal for someone versatile, tech-savvy, and driven.
What You’ll Do:
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel
- Prepare reports, briefs & presentations
- Liaise with internal teams & external partners
- Follow up on tasks and ensure execution
Office Admin
- Keep the office organized and running smoothly
- Maintain digital & physical records
- Coordinate meetings and staff communications
Social Media & Comms
- Manage and grow our presence on IG, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Create and schedule content; run ads
- Respond to messages and inquiries online
- Align efforts with the sales and marketing teams
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years in executive, admin, or social media roles
- Strong writing, communication & organization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, social media tools
- Bonus: video editing or visual content skills
