About the role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will turn raw data into valuable insights that drive smarter business decisions. You’ll collaborate across teams to analyze trends, measure performance, and recommend data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large data sets from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs and business performance.
• Interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and provide analytical support.
• Build predictive models and conduct ad-hoc analyses to solve complex business problems.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting.
Support leadership with clear and concise presentations of findings.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and business intelligence.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
