We are seeking a data-driven and business-focused BI/Data Analyst on a short-term contract to help us extract actionable insights from our product and user data. The ideal candidate will work closely with the leadership, product, and marketing teams to make sense of our growing databases and help guide smarter, data-backed business decisions. Your core focus will be analyzing data across our services to uncover insights on user retention, churn, billing efficiency, campaign ROI, and overall product performance, etc...

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user retention and churn analysis across subscription products.
- Evaluate billing efficiency and identify areas of revenue leakage or optimization.
- Analyse campaign performance and ROI, especially across CPA/Onepin/SecureD channels.
- Break down product performance per service
- Segment user behaviours and cohorts for more targeted insights, etc.
- Provide weekly data summaries, trend reports, and performance briefs to management. Support decision-making with ad-hoc data analysis and storytelling.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, BI, or business reporting (contract or full-time).
- Proficient in SQL and spreadsheet modeling (Google Sheets or Excel).
- Strong experience with BI/visualization tools like Power BI, Metabase, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Proven ability to translate raw data into business insights and recommendations.
- Experience working with large datasets, preferably in telecom, VAS, gaming, or fintech.
- Strong understanding of churn metrics, billing models, campaign attribution, and cohort analysis.
- Experience with Python (Pandas/Numpy) or R for deeper statistical modeling.
- Familiarity with VAS platforms, airtime billing, or CPA models. Prior experience analysing telecom or mobile gaming subscription products.
