- The Market Executive will be responsible for promoting the company’s real estate products and services, identifying potential clients, and driving sales through effective marketing strategies.
- The role involves field marketing, client engagement, property presentations, and achieving sales targets to support the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients for company properties and services.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and potential opportunities within the real estate market.
- Implement marketing and sales strategies to promote property listings and drive sales.
- Provide detailed information to clients about properties, including prices, features, and payment options.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, open houses, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, property agents, and other key stakeholders.
- Organize and conduct property inspections, tours, and site visits for clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, property laws, and real estate documentation processes.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and meetings as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in real estate marketing or sales and construction industries.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills, proactive, and willing to work on the field as required.
- Solution-oriented with ability to build relationships with clients, meet and exceed sales targets with minimal supervision.
- Good organizational, presentation, and time management skills.
