Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estate Manager located in Lagos. The Estate Manager will oversee daily operations of the estates, manage property and facility services, ensure a high level of customer service, and monitor budgeting and financial activities. The Estate Manager will also handle tenant issues, coordinate maintenance, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Estate Management or related field
• Experience: Minimum of 3years, with proven track records in estate/facility management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent facility and resident relationship management
• Proven ability to improve estate operations, maintenance, and security.
• Estate Management and Property Management skills
• Facility Management (FM) capabilities
• Ability to work on-site
• Relevant certifications in estate or property management are a plus
