About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Enterprise Solutions Sales Manager to lead high-value sales engagements and drive business growth in the enterprise connectivity sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B solution selling, preferably in telecoms, networking, or managed internet services.
You will manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation through to deal closure—while working closely with internal technical and support teams to deliver tailored solutions to enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Development
Identify and convert high-potential enterprise leads into long-term clients.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
Drive solution sales across connectivity, broadband, and enterprise internet services.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Conduct consultative meetings to understand client network needs.
Present solution proposals to key decision-makers, clearly articulating ROI and value.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders.
Sales Execution & Operations
Prepare and deliver proposals, service agreements, and pricing negotiations.
Manage the entire sales lifecycle using CRM tools and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management.
Technical Advisory & Solution Support
Collaborate with engineering and support teams to develop tailored connectivity solutions.
Stay up-to-date on new technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients on ICT infrastructure, connectivity, and internet solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing to align on lead generation campaigns.
Partner with implementation and customer success teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Requirements
Qualifications
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years experience in enterprise sales within the IT, telecoms, or network services space.
Strong understanding of connectivity solutions: broadband, VPNs, MPLS, fiber, SD-WAN, etc.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding B2B sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and basic technical sales tools.
Professional certifications in sales, networking, or project management (an added advantage).
