The candidate will lead and support business development initiatives, including proposal preparation, tender submission, and direct engagement with government agencies and large organizations.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Proposal Bid & Management:
- Prepare high-quality proposals and presentations.
- Prepare high-quality responses to tenders, RFQs, and RFPs.
- Coordinate inputs from internal teams for technical and commercial documentation. Ensure submissions meet client expectations and compliance standards.
Market Intelligence & Research:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Analyze industry developments, government policies, and procurement opportunities relevant to TCL’s services.
- Maintain a database of market intelligence to support bidding, sales strategy, and client engagement. Provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
Business Development & Sales:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, especially in the government sector.
- Promote and sell IT support, enterprise tech, and digital transformation solutions. Manage and grow the pipeline of qualified leads to convert into long-term clients.
Government Sales Strategy:
- Engage public sector stakeholders and understand procurement frameworks
- Build strong relationships with key government decision-makers. Monitor budgets and funding cycles for project opportunities.
Sales Coordination & Support:
- Support MD with pitches and account insights. Participate in demos and client engagements.
Collaboration:
- Work with marketing to align outreach with business goals. Partner with technical teams to customize client solutions.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or enterprise sales, ideally in the technology or consulting sector.
- Proven track record in government bids and responding to public sector RFPs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (Postgraduate degree is a plus)
- Strong technical and business writing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with IT support services, SaaS, digital transformation, or infrastructure services.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and B2B sales strategies.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and accountability.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
- Confident communicator and team player. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Number and value of bids submitted and won.
- Revenue generated from government and enterprise clients.
