Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Commerce Specialist located in Port Harcourt. The E-Commerce Specialist will manage online sales, oversee customer service interactions, and implement marketing strategies. Daily tasks include analyzing sales data, optimizing the e-commerce platform for better user experience, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating with the sales team to boost online revenue.
Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and sales trend identification
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills for handling customer inquiries and collaborating with team members
• Proficiency in E-Commerce practices and Sales strategies
• Relevant experience in managing online sales and digital marketing efforts
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
