We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Duty Manager
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily hotel operations across departments (front desk, housekeeping, F&B, etc.)
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to complaints and service issues
- Support the hotel manager in maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency
- Monitor staff attendance and performance during shifts
- Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the hotel
- Prepare shift reports and handover notes for continuity.
Requirements
- Minimum of an HND / B.Sc Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in hotel or hospitality operations
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of hotel software is an added advantage.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
