Drive staff, clients ,and guests to and from meetings, property sites and other destination assigned.
Deliver and collect documents ,parcels, or other items between company offices, clients, and government offices.
Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean ,fueled, and in good working condition daily.
Perform routine checks and report any faults immediately.
Adhere to all traffic rules, company driving policies , and safety regulations.
Schedule and track servicing, repairs, and license renewals of company's vehicles.
Assist other departments during property inspections and client visits.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements ,mileage, and fuel consumption.
Support logistics during company's events, and marketing activities.
Represent the company positively through neat appearance, punctuality, and courteous behavior.
Help with basic office purchases.
Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive documents responsibly.
Drive staff and clients with mobility needs when needed.
